Our home is located on Shaw street, one block north of the One-Mile Road (M20), just inside the east village limits of Hesperia.

This is a 2-story (split-level) home built in 2001 containing 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room,  living room, family room, and utility room.   The home has a full finished basement, and large deck. Our home rents for $700 per month under a 12-month lease.    Security deposit is $600.  We require first month's rent, plus security deposit at the time of signing the agreement (total of $1,300).   We do not allow waterbeds, pets, or smoking.  This home is available for occupancy July 1, 2009 .
